How do I sign-up for the online patient portal?
To begin using our online patient portal, give one of our friendly staff members your email address. After that, simply click on the tab at the top of the screen that says “Patient Portal.” Learn more >
How do I reach someone after hours?
To reach someone after hours, please leave a message on our Triage line. You will receive a response within 30 minutes. Call 706-625-5900
If you are having a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest hospital. If you need to reach our triage line, please dial 706-625-5900 and follow the prompts. This is only for medical questions and concerns. If you are calling for an appointment, to reschedule an appointment or cancel an appointment, along with anything else, you will need to call back during normal business hours. You must leave all required information in order to receive a return phone call.
