Our staff understands that many children feel uncomfortable or scared about visiting the doctor, and we want to ensure that parents and children enjoy their visits through illness and wellness. Our board-certified pediatricians work closely with our nurse practitioners, physician assistants and highly-qualified office staff to offer a fun environment that helps kids build a close relationship with their personal healthcare providers.
In addition to these services, we have nurse practitioners and physician assistants that see both pediatric and adult patients. We provide treatment for illnesses, such as colds, with same-day appointments. Our Calhoun facility offers separate waiting rooms for sick and well patients to ensure the health of other patients.
The pediatricians and clinical staff also offer patients our specialized Health and Wellness program that encourages parental involvement in the health and well-being of our pediatric patients. We work closely with parents to develop wellness programs that aid in the prevention of chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, and childhood obesity.
